We have a good size room where we have two children’s computers for the children to use. We use a variety of educational software and games that promote all round development as well as hand-eye co-ordination, mouse control and fine motor muscle skills. Computers help to sustain an interest in ICT acquiring basic technology skills and operating equipment. The children’s computers now mirror the use of the adult computer so they are all in the same room together. This allows the children to see modelled behaviour from the adults.
During the session table top activities and floor based play such as train track and small world activities are also offered.
